Real Estate in Edmonton – St. Albert Blog Summary!

In 2022, I wrote several articles about living in St. Albert. To kick off the year, my March article was all about why you should invest in houses for sale in St. Albert. This article has information about crime rates, trails, parks and green spaces, education and real estate. Following this post, in April, I wrote about transit near St. Albert homes for sale. Here, you can find information about all of the ways you can commute when you live in St. Albert! 

As the weather started to warm in May, I wrote about why you might choose to live in St. Albert condos for sale. Living in a condo provides many benefits that you may not be aware of. In this article, I went over the most prominent advantages and disadvantages of living in a St. Albert condo. Skipping forward, in June, I wrote about the different recreational opportunities near St. Albert houses for sale. Whether you like swimming, skating or tennis, there’s something for you in St. Albert! Discover a wide range of athletic and leisure activities by reading this brief article. For the month of August, news surfaced that St. Albert real estate was some of the best in any small city in Canada! Check out the article I wrote to learn more about this awesome Canadian city.

Finally, in October, I wrote the last article about St. Albert. This post was all about condos in St. Albert for empty nesters! Owning a condo as an empty nester can help you sustain a lifestyle you love for a fraction of the cost.

Erin Ridge Blog Recap!
